Relocating to Salt Lake City, would like to live in a good area of town, with a year round youth swim program?

Looking for a good year round swim program for the kids, and would like to live in a nicer area of town, even though I know the city is really nice. Which are the nicer suburbs that are still between 200 and 250,000 for housing with good school districts. Not afraid to drive 20 minutes. I have read that NE of the city is really nice, but I really don't have that much information. Any info would be appreciated about locations, zip codes, school districts and year round swimming. Thank you.Relocating to Salt Lake City, would like to live in a good area of town, with a year round youth swim program?
A friend of mine lives in the SLC area, says the Cottonwood area has swim programs. But says the nicer suburbs between 200 and 250K exist only outside the Salt Lake Valley (like Tooele County or Utah County)
cities: Stansbury Park, Grantsville and Tooele in Tooele County - not far from SLC (30-40 miles, but traffic terrible as only 1 road [I-80] to SLC). Utah County suggestions: Lehi, Eagle Mtn may be in that price range - not sure. SL County: prices in less desirable neighborhoods / older homes.

Thanks again. I also found some nice places in Bountiful, and Farmington, Utah. Those cities are just north of SLC and have some good prices on fairly new homes. Thanks again for all your help.
