We are traveling from Jackson, WY to Bryce Canyon and would like to find a place between the two to stay over and break up the ride. We would like to stay someplace of interest (and reasonably priced) rather than just a motel off I15. Any suggestions? Is there a interesting place to stay south of Salt Lake City but north of Cedar City?
Try these two.

There arent really any good restuarants in Springville. The Trolley is ok. Then it goes downhill from there. Is there a interesting place to stay south of Salt Lake City but north of Cedar City?
Susan, if it's not too close to Salt Lake for you, what about Provo?
There is such a lot to see and do in this city.
Everything from Waterparks to Science Museums.
Oh and if yopu like the outdoors, do visit the Timpanogos Cave National Monument.
