im planning on trying out for american idol this year, but dont know whether or not they are comeing to utah this year? if not, when and where are the nearest audition cities and how do i register?Are american idol auition coming to Salt Lake City, Utah, and if not, where are the nearest auditions happenin?
Only four audition cities have been released thus far, and unfortunatly Salt Lake City is not among them. Out of the four cities released so far, San Francisco is closest to you. The other three are New Orleans, Jersey City and Nashville. There are however going to be more audition cities announced as time progresses, so there is still hope for you.
They are also doing a Glee style online auditions for American Idol. Go to www.myspace.com/americanidol for more details and to sign up. It would probably be easier to just go to an actual audition then go through that whole process of campaigning online for votes.
