Are there any outdoor tracks to run on in Salt Lake City? School tracks, etc?

I am new to the area %26amp; prefer running on a track to a treadmill. Where I moved from, many of the schools opened their tracks up to the public after school hours, during the summer, etc. What about the schools here in Salt Lake? Ones with bleachers to run would be preferred as well. Are there any outdoor tracks to run on in Salt Lake City? School tracks, etc?
Cool You live in Utah i wuz born there, try the University of Utah
Make inquiry in ur neighbourhood.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. Are there any outdoor tracks to run on in Salt Lake City? School tracks, etc?
Try Olympus High School, Skyline High School or Highland High School. All 3 keep their tracks open for people who go running.
East High School has a nice track. It is open to the public, I run there at night sometimes. And, they do have bleachers (though they are not huge).

The track is just up 8th south from the high school. Here's a link to a map:

I just saw you said you live on the west side. You could run at Taylorsville High School's track (where I went to high school):

no i don't know
Eat less and start incorporating weight lifting into your workouts. This way while you lose fat your metabolism won't slow down as much. Also eat few carbs and more protein and fats as this promotes optimum insulin managment for superior body composition. Runnig by the way stretches the muscle fascia in your butt so in the long run you could have a saggy booty. Try fast walking instead.
