What to wear in Salt Lake City, Utah?

I'm visiting Salt Lake City at the end of this November. I know it will be pretty cold, but what exactly should I take with me? Should I wear many layers? I want to look nice/fashion-forward since I have not seen the people I will be visiting in a long time. If it helps any, I'm a teenager that loves fashion. Any advice/lists/help is appreciated. As you can see it is going to be very chilly out, with some rain. Which means, you definitely need to bring layers.



For tops I would bring:

1. One tank top

2. At least two t-shirts

3. At least one long-sleeve shirt

4. One light rain jacket

5. One bulky coat



For bottoms I would bring:

1. At least 2 pairs of jeans

2. Sweats (optional)
