I already know that the Salt Lake City Mormon temple is beautiful, but I was wondering if there was anything else cool there? I'm going there to see my family for Christmas.What are some sights to see around Salt Lake City, Utah???
The temple is gorgeous and they have a lot of free concerts there also. If you can get in, try the Roof Restauarant in the Joseph Smith Building east of the temple. Also, if you go down main street there is a very good Off Broadway Theater.. always some offbeat production and usually very funny. If you dont mind the drive, go to Jensen Utah and see the dinosaur dig. The great Salt lake is cool and Saltaire has some pretty good dances sometimes. Wendover nevada isnt too far away if you like to gamble and there are lots of places to ski. Alta, Park City , Snowbird, Sundance down by provo and Solitude. Tons of stuff to do. Dress warm though F R E E Z I N G coldWhat are some sights to see around Salt Lake City, Utah???
