Is it against state laws to rent a mobile/manufactured home in Salt Lake County Utah?

We have visited several mobile home parks and they all say that they do not rent trailers; however, they all all offer to sell us one. We have family that are visiting for an extended period and figured we would come out cheaper renting a mobile home than for them to stay in a hotel/motel. Any suggestions for short term housing (2-4 months) in the greater Salt Lake area that will not cost a lot. (Most extended stay are about $1,000+ a month.)Is it against state laws to rent a mobile/manufactured home in Salt Lake County Utah?
