Looking for a cool restaurant in Salt Lake City?

I'm taking a date this Friday, she lives In Salt Lake City. I'm looking for a restaurant that is unique in a certain way , has a unique activity , cooks or treats its customers in a different way. Also, not too expensive (nothing over $30+ per entree).
